What is Rollin' Sips?

Rollin' Sips is a mobile tap trailer rental service that provides a unique and enjoyable beverage experience for events such as weddings, parties, crawfish boils, corporate gatherings, and festivals.

How does the rental process work?

To rent our mobile tap trailer, you can contact us via phone or email to check availability for your desired date. Once we confirm availability, we will provide you with a quote based on your event's needs. We are located in Madison, Ms. We are happy to travel all around the state and even in to other states. However, any distance over 60 miles we will charge $2/mile. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your booking and the other 50% is due 30 days prior to your event.

What beverages can be served from the tap trailer?

Our mobile tap trailer can accommodate a variety of beverages including craft beer, wine, cider, cocktails and non-alcoholic options. You can select your preferred beverages to be served at your event.

Do you provide the beverages, or do we need to supply them?

We have our temporary beer permit so we can supply the beer and light wines. However, based on Mississippi liquor laws we can not provide the liquor. After reaching out we can discuss what options may work best for you.

How many guests can the tap trailer serve?

Our mobile tap trailer is designed to serve a wide range of guest counts. We will work with you to determine the best setup based on your attendance and beverage selections.

What is included in the rental?

The rental includes the mobile tap trailer, serving equipment, cups, ice, and trained staff to manage the beverage service during your event. Additional ice may be needed depending on the event.

What are the power requirements for the tap trailer?

Our tap trailer is completely energy independent! The only time we would need electricity is if any additional decorations that our clients add involve electricity.

Do you have insurance?

Yes, Rollin' Sips is fully insured for operational activities, which provides peace of mind for you and your guests. Both General Liability and Liquor Liability

Can you reschedule my event?

Yes, you may reschedule your event if the new date and time is available and we are able to meet your requests. We must be given a 45 day notice if you do need to reschedule. If rain is forecasted to possibly effect your event the day of we will try to help in any way we can to ensure the day goes on!

How far in advance should we book the trailer?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak seasons. Ideally, aim for at least 2-3 months in advance.

Can you accommodate special requests?

We strive to meet your needs wherever possible. Feel free to discuss any special requests, such as specific beverage selections or custom branding, when you contact us.
